PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL RESULTS ARE SENT BACK THE FIRST POSTAL DAY AFTER THE RACE AS I RECEIVED SEVERAL RESULTS AT LEAST 3 PLUS DAYS AFTER RACE. Can you also ensure that clock sheets are COMPLETED in full for ETS i.e time set and time struck which is shown on the ETS print out as well as race rubbers and ring number and signed by the Clock Setter – this helps me a lot and does save a lot of time – you can also be disqualified as it states clearly in RED on the bottom of the clock sheet FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS CLOCK SHEET IN FULL WILL ENTAIL ELIMINATION FROM THE RESULT. I would also like to thank all members who have filled their clock sheets properly this saved me a lot of work. Please remember if you send only your ETS arrival sheet you will only get the first bird clocked on the result so if you want more then fill out a clock sheet. You should also put your BICC number and marking station on the ETS sheet please.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT VERIFY MORE THAN ONE BIRD EITHER BY PHONE OR WEBSITE AND NOT BOTH AS THIS MAKES EXTRA WORK ON A VERY BUSY DAY. CAN I PLEASE ASK AGAIN NOT TO PHONE ME ON A RACE DAY AS THIS HOLDS UP GETTING RESULTS OUT. FROM NEXT WEEK I WILL ONLY PUT RESULTS UP FROM 5.00PM
The result that goes in the paper is the first 100 open – the first 10 of each section if not in the 100 and any remaining pool winners. The full result can be seen on the BICC website
